Extremely lazy, unknowledgeable and unprofessional property managers. Constantly out to lunch or not at their desk and reply to emails 3 days later. One particular property manager did not know what a floor plan was. Embarrassing.

My business is in a plaza in which Connium manages, and I noticed that if there are ever any issues that arise in a common areas, they are quick to respond and resolve the problem. The property manager is super friendly, professional, and knows most of the tenants personally. They are very accessible as an organization and are very to easy to reach. I would recommend Connium to others.

Be very careful when dealing with Connium Management Inc. Before you hired them, please come to Midtown Plaza at 4211 Sheppard Ave East and take a look. Observe the state of disrepair of this plaza. The front stairs are in shambles and there is water leakage in various parts of the mall. Emails to management concerning repairs are constantly ignored. I advise you to think twice.
