Thanks to everyone at the Consulate who made the application process smooth. Staff is friendly, efficient and accommodating. While waiting in the lobby, a gentleman ensured paperwork was properly filled out before being called to a processing window. Professional photography services are also offered for a nominal fee by a super patient lady. As long as you come prepared with all required original documents, cash or money order, you will be processed. Lastly, email is the best form of communication. They respond in a timely manner.

I recently had an outstanding experience at the Miami Consulate. From start to finish, the customer service was exceptional. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to assist me with my passport application. I was pleasantly surprised to receive my passport in just 8 weeks! I highly recommend the Miami Consulate for their efficiency and commitment to excellent service. Thank you for making the process so smooth!

This is beyond terrible service. I have been waiting for my passport for more than 5 months(still haven't received it). I called, I emailed, I leave voicemail and no answer or reply. When I finally got an answer, I explained my situation of having 2 deaths in my family and I needed to travel. She told me I could get an emergency travel document and from that day until today I haven't gotten a hold of anyone again. So I have no idea what's the status of my passport. I am unable reaching someone whether by phone or email. You guys should do better. To be honest there's little or no commutation, very very poor service, no remorse or understanding. Literally the worst business place I have come in contact with. I wish I had an alternative at the time when I did my passport. I was told it would take 4-6 weeks now it has been almost 7 months ?.

They do not answer the phone at all. I’m trying to see if all my documents are good for the passport and when they will be returned. I pray I get my documents soon so I can apply for my daughter’s citizenship. Frustrating to call everyday and not get an answer

I can only be honest in my review and give the maximum stars. If there were 10 stars, they would get all 10 from me. I am so proud of my Jamaicans and the professional service that was received. I had to travel all the way from Atlanta as there is no consulate there; however upon reaching Miami, I can only speak good of the experience. The staff members were on time, although the weather was bad, they were courteous and helpful as well. Shout out to all, from the photographer to the ladies at the window and gents who assisted on the floor. I got Kareem Anderson and there was another young man, I wished I had gotten his name but they delivered top notch customer service. Kudus to you all! Great job guys.

I'm a Jamaican UFC fighter and I just visited for the first time. The staff was extremely accommodating. I dealt with a younger gentleman named Tyrese, and he was very polite and helped my mother with whatever she needed assistance with.
