I am so satisfied with the service I experienced here. I arrived late because of traffic complications , and they were about to close. The kind gentleman that greeted me in the front, told me to wait 10 minutes to see if they could make an exception. I waited and they were so willing to help me in spite of my tardiness. I was able to consult with Lisette and she was soo helpful and professional. The documents I needed were not ready to meet the standards for the dominican citizenship process, and she thoroughly explained the reasons and even gave me the option of doing that with them to avoid any further mistakes or complications. And so I did. I recommend doing the whole entire process of requesting certain documentation that they can provide you with. They are the experts in that area and really show willingness to help. Thank you to Lisette, the lady at the register, and the whole staff that made my visit pleasant and successful.

I went to renovate my passport and the employees here were extremely helpful and pleasant. I was assisted by 3 gentlemen that made the experience as smooth as possible, piece of cake. Acudí a la embajada para la renovación de mi pasaporte. El servicio y ayuda brindada por parte de los agentes de servicio fue excelente. Desde recepción hasta la parte de la fotografía. Juan Medina y Cesar (fotografía) fueron los que me asistieron en el proceso.

Hola Familia, Viajamos anoche desde el Norte de Carolina al consulado Dominicano en Miami para renovar el pasaporte de mi Padre, I quiero resaltar que el serviso de Juan Medina Acosta fue totalmente exelente. Si que nos sentimos en confianza. Aqui se manejan educadamente i con profesionalismo. Tambien resivimos un trato organizado la junta central en la parte de atras de el edificio, nos trataron super bien. Es un orgullo tener este serviso tan organizado I bonito en USA. ♥️
