Horrible communication and service. I called due to an emergency with my passport because i have to take an emergency flight. My passport has been ready but they provide you an email that does not work. The customer representative was completely rude and told me that he cannot help me. What type of service is this. I do not recommend!

The staff at the consulate was awesome. I was there for a new passport and was seen before my appointment time. Unfortunately my pictures did not meet the requirements. The lady at the desk guided me to a nearby cvs to get new pictures taken, she sacrificed her lunchtime to assist me and let me return to complete my application. Thank you Sashee!

I arrived a little early, but was welcomed to come in.
I was greeted by very friendly and professional staff members.
That day was my birthday and I got spoiled by the consulate with a goodie bag with sweet gifts. Thank you so much for your thoughtfulness!
My only remark is, that some of the requirements that we need to bring, need to be better explained on the website.
Please change surname into last name for the USA.
Also, please note that CVS a few blocks from the consulate takes the correct pictures for the Dutch passport. This information would have saved me time and the money it took to get the pics done (according to the instructions provided on the website) at my local CVS. They could not be used I found out at the consulate.
The photographer mentioned on the website, never responded to my phone call and text message.
All in all, a very positive experience and I look forward to receiving my passport soon.

Friendly staff! Fast help, sometimes long wait. Parking entrance in front of building on Brickell. The best Parking to visit the Consulate General of The Netherlands is to park your car BELOW the building. Arrive at the front, and drive up on the furthest right side of the entrance. Always place to park your car and parking prices per hour are very reasonable. If you have an appointment with the Consulate General of The Netherlands, bring your parking ticket and they will give you a free pass. ONLY if you have an appointment and you have to ask for it. Easy access from parking garage to consulate with internal elevator.

Visited the Dutch consulate to request a new passport.
Despite being a little early I was welcomed in, and provided great service by Alexander. (He's a gem, a wonderful person, and asset to the consulate team)
FYI - Once you get into the main lobby of the building, report to security to get pointed in the right direction of the elevators for the right floor and suite.

I thought that the staff was very friendly here. I had no problems getting an appointment or submitting my paperwork. My passport arrived at my home 10 days later. Amazing! If you have to travel for passport renewal, I would recommend choosing the Miami office. Just make sure that you read through the requirements very carefully before you go.

Within 2 weeks we had a passport for our minor. Service is quick and easy, easy to find too. Be prepared for crazy trafic and high parking fees. ($18,- for 1.5hrs) Passport photo shop is not far and reasonable priced. ($20,- for 4) We had a great experience. Dankjewel!
