Las veces que he tenido que realizar un trámite la atención ha sido muy buena, en esta ocasión tuve que ir a renovar mi Cédula y Nicole como es costumbre su amabilidad y atención fue simplemente excelente y muy rápida.**

Took my mother to renew her "cédula" and the service was extremely professional, expeditious and informative. We had Nicole Paredes during the entire process and she made our experience a very pleasant one and stress free. We flew all the way from Puerto Rico to have this done. The rest of the staff were very attentive as well. Keep up the great job. Thank you for everything!!!

Terrible customer service not willing to go the extra mile I need to have a will done and it just told me that I need to get in Panama with a lawyer which is not correct is with a notary
they no longer provide the service my h needed for panamenians living abroad did not provide a valid reason why is no longer available I attached a document that explains the process we can get at the consulates

He llamado 7 veces y nadie responde, cuando uno piensa que alguien esta hablando es la grabación de alguien, no se puede accesar para sacar cita y tampoco devuelven la llamada, la idea del teléfono es poder consultar antes de tener que ir allá y ahorrar tiempo, el trafico en Miami es intenso, hoy es 2 de enero y no es feriado, y todo esta funcionando normalmente. Tuve que optar por llamar el Dpto de Pasaporte en Panama para que me respondieran algo que se podia muy bien hacer aquí. Muy mal y pobre servicio, es una pena, en fin tal vez review no ayude en nada, pero lamentablemente así actuamos a veces.
