I have had the most pleasant experience dealing with the continental realty team. From the moment I met with Sheryar to view the property and than to the rare ease of signing and accepting my lease agreement terms and conditions. I have never experienced such a pleasant easy straight forward experience. Continental realty is a professional team of realty property professionals that I’m happy to be a client of. 1 star is one too many. We booked a viewing with them online two days in advance. We received a confirmation email right after. The next day, a reminder email. The day of, we drove 45 minutes to the viewing, arrive 10 minutes early, and then waited 45 minutes for no one to show up. We had to track down a phone number on their website, leave a message, and then didn't hear from them until 4 hours AFTER the appointment, saying they're sorry IF they missed us. There was no IF about it! Not only are they incompetent, they are unable to take responsibility when in the wrong. I can't imagine how they treat their actual clients and tenants if this is how they treat prospects.

Since I see they like to respond to negative reviews on google, I have two questions for them.
1. Why are you using an online booking service if you don't honour those appointments?
2. Why does your website claim you have 30+ 5 star reviews on google, when I see a 3.5 star average on 31 reviews?

There's a reason why this company has more 1 star than 5 star reviews, and I'm happy to add to the 1 star list!

Continental Reality and Management Ltd., has been the property management company at my current place of residence since I have moved in. Both Zishan and Sheryar have been involved with my tenancy and have been prompt with replies and any questions that I have.
Sheryar has been my main point of contact for almost a year now and is pleasant to speak with as he is both professional and dedicated to addressing anything that arises. Although there are no stationed property managers on site, Sheryar is here on a weekly basis and does his best to connect with tenants and provide ongoing support throughout the community.
Customer service is an important aspect for any property management company, as a property owner you want to ensure that you are entrusting people who care as much as you do. My experience with Continental has been very positive, and I have found that Sheryar truly cares and will go above and beyond for you.

I recently moved in their property and had some issues but Sheryar assisted me professionally and patiently. He ensured that all issues got addressed. He is approachable and always called me back even though if he ever missed my calls. Because of his assistance, my movement process got easy and hassel free. I really appreciate his efforts and empathic nature to understand my issues. He even went way beyond to help me on those days when he was not even working which is commendable. Stay away from this company if your are a tenant or a landlord. If you are a tenant, this team will not do maintenance in an organized way. They just increase rents without having any professional maintenance service and at the end of the contract they will find some excuses to charge you extra. If you are a landlord, they don’t care about maintaining your property, they just care about making money on top of you property. Just for clarifying: I was forced to break the lease contract after being a tenant for almost 3 years in a rental property that continental was doing the management and I paid the penalty fee base on the contract while the property rented out. Regarding the lack of maintenance, as an example, I reported the old condition of roof shingles to the company to report the owner and prevent major costs to the house, but no action was taken, that is why I do never recommend them to manage properties.

If I could give them a negative star I would. They never respond to emails, do absolutely nothing to maintain the buildings they rent out, and treat evert phone call as if you are less than human. Multiple times when serious things happened like fires in the building or break-ins they did not respond or see any urgency in requests. They do not honour their own leases, so if you do rent from them make sure you have the money for a lawyer.
Save yourself the trouble and find a different home if you can.
