Converge management co.has taken over our condo building in the past 6 mths. Before they arrived we had absolutely no contact or response from the previous management co.
Adev the new manager always returns calls in a timely manner. Acts on problems fast and effectively. He is pleasant and a great problem solver.
In a short time many issues have been resolved and as busy as he is trying to keep both owners and renters happy.

Excellent service. The property manager is prompt, efficient and helpful. If I was looking for a property management company, I'd hire this one. I hope all the other managers are like Dana.
