Staff maybe friendly, but extremely poor ability to insure you. We bought 2 trailer before leaving alberta, we asked them for coverage similar to our comprehensive coverage on your vehicles, they noted no you don't need it and it assume the coverage of the vehicle your driving. Well that a lie.

If you have an policy with them, strongly recommend reviewing your trailers and other items other than auto and theses incompetent workers didn't give us coverage and the trailer is totaled and come to find out theres no coverage.

I would review going with any other provider or just use another cooperators like in Drayton Valley as they are far more competent and will respond to you over the phone.

We have sent off an email to that email below. Seems like a generic response. We also got a call from the branch 10min after this review. Extremely unprofessional and rude to how they were very aggressive over the phone. I hung up on them as they weren’t there to listen or resolve an issue
