I had a flood this year and from start to finish I had a good experience My contact at the Cobourg office has left but the new guy gave me the 'major incident' number and from that person who first opened the file (Ashley) to the Major Events Claims Rep (Caroline) I was treated with concern and care. I had people coming to the house to start with the clean up and restoration the very day I called. Caroline was extremely responsive - always returning my call or emails quickly to explain next steps and where things stood. Can't say enough good things about the team.

Poor Experience, Poor communication, inaccurate billing, random withdraws, made up fee's, lies and incompetent staff, lack of ownership and accountability and over-charged premiums. Avoid at all costs.
