I wish I had read the reviews before going to get my taxes done here. I did not have a good experience. She gave me a piece of paper saying Please contact me if you have any questions (she signed it) and she doesn’t even respond. Reading the reviews I’m not the first person to have this issue. I definitely would listen to the bad reviews and go somewhere else in town.. I see she responds to google reviews defending herself instead of helping fix the problems people are complaining about.. don’t waste your money here.

Lesley is absolutely amazing! I had a “few” years to catch up on - she was quick, and got me the absolute best refund she could. I left her office on cloud 9 - you can’t beat her rates and she was truly happy for the exciting outcome of my refunds! Changed my life today!! 😁

Lesley was suppose to catch me up on taxes which I paid her to do in 2019. Come to find out in 2023 that even though I paid her for the service she never bothered to file them. I’ve reached out several times to see if she still has them to file considering I already paid her and when she does reply which isn’t often she just says she is looking and that’s been two months. Called her from another number and she had no issues texting back to that number but still couldn’t be bothered to reply to my texts. Asked for a refund and I would just do them myself and silence. Has no issues taking someone’s money and then avoid them at all costs. I tried to resolve this but really hard when the owner won’t return your messages. Sadly would never recommend Lesley to anyone as you never know if you get what you paid for. Sad about this as I did enjoy Lesley when we met but very disappointed that she would do that to a client and then ghost them after she has been paid.

Update: The last communication I had from this company was heading to the office to look in to this now and never heard another word and then you have the nerve to respond saying you’ve replied to every text. Still a joke as of July 21, 2023. Ignore response as not true.

I have been with her previously and she was usually good, until this year. I had emailed my taxes to her the end of march as i don't live in GP anymore, she didnt inform me that my taxes had been finished until today May 6th after many many texts and messages on fb with no replies. I Would message on fb and text with days of no replies. Then when I would it would be I am going to look at them right now. Then days of no answer, then again I think they are done. I'll let you know when I get home. No answers for days. Then once she told me they had been done and filed. I once again have not gotten a reply back asking if she still has my email to email me my stuff ect. Had also seen multiple times her posting on facebook how she can do peoples taxes before they are due, yetunknowing if mine had been done or not and me waiting to hear back from her..... Safe to say I will not be going back there again. Terrible experience.

Been seeing Lesley at Crystal bookkeeping for 3 years now and have been so happy with my experience every time. She is incredibly fair with rates not to mention she is so kind, my son was always welcome as well. Highly recommend.

I trusted Leslie with my taxes and she messed everything up. She purposely filed things incorrectly knowing that she was doing it wrong. She admitted it in her emails. She always filed things late. Always had excuses for why they were late. She didn't have a clue what she was doing. She is very unorganized. I had to pay people to fix things. I'm still paying people to fix her mess. I'm dealing with CRA because of her. Please save yourself a lot of headaches and don't go to her. She was my biggest mistake. I don't trust her. And she gets people to make fake reviews.
