Had cupboards placed 5 years ago; have had issues with the doors peeling with the thermofoil coating. Contractor fixed issues saying the heat source caused the peeling. Still peeling even not near any heat source. Can’t even put a toaster on the counter. Garbage quality and custom cabinets will not honour ant warranty.

Custom cabinets installed my kitchen 4 years ago. Since then we have had multiple issues with cabinet doors falling off, handles breaking and drawers breaking off hardware. After calling three weeks ago looking for help, we have since had no communication from their end. Overall I would rate the quality of our kitchen as poor, and I would not recommend their business.

Ordered Bottom Cabinet doors ony. They said they could.match the Stain colour and finish considering they were the ones who installed
and supplied the cabinets 17 yrs ago. Also ordered a new counter top. They had 3 shots at the doors. No match so they refunded my Money on those. But The Join in the counter top swelled up immediately. They replaced it..and now both Joins are swelled up. Looks like garbage. And I.was told that it was water that made the counter top joins swell..so don't get your counter top dirty..

Said they won't replace it again.

All this took 5 months.

Never again with these guys.

Our cabinets were installed wrong and 3 months late.

Our original install date was moved, which we were only told when tried to confirm before removing our old kitchen.

Then they measured our house wrong and had to redo the plans, adding more time.

When the install happened, they installed the wrong cabinets that we specifically asked to not have in the first communication we ever had with them, and in emails to them, and directly in person.

They claimed there was no record of this, and that replacing the wrong cabinets would be $4000 plus tax, but the designer offered to pay $750 of it herself. When I asked for the original documentation that I thought our request would be written on, they suddenly found our request and the replacement was free. We still don't have that documentation.

The replacement was scheduled for over another month away while they built the correct cabinets, then apparently rescheduled the day before and pushed the date again, but we weren't told this. We emailed the day before to confirm since we hadn't heard anything for over a month. This was after being told we would get an update before the install date.

They then told us it was rescheduled because they were prioritizing people without functional kitchens before Christmas, while moving all the service calls around. Our kitchen was half wrong cabinets, and our fridge had been in the living room for 3 months.

To summarize:
-Date moved with no contact
-Measured our house wrong
-Installed wrong cabinets
-Tried to charge $4000 for something we asked for multiple times
-Denied us seeing the original plans
-Delayed again with 1 day notice and no contact

One hinge recently broke, and their staff (Steve) was quick to help and swap out a replacement part at the drop of the hat as I walked in the showroom. I highly recommend this company on the basis of quality workmanship and top notch service.
