Used SHARKBITES on my hot water tank... Literally anyone can use sharkbites, I don't know why I even paid for such terrible service. He's the reason plumbing as a trade is useless now since homeowners are more capable than plumbers apparently. Don't trust him!!!

Our furnace had been playing up for a few days and we'd cleaned the flame sensor, checked there was no ice on the vent but it was getting worse. Called Dale and explained the problems and he said it was likely the vent had rusted. He was here within the hour, straight on the roof and could see the vent had indeed rushed. Off he went back to his shop, returned with a new vent, fitted and good to go. Came in to check it worked, and it certainly did. Thank you for an excellent service, quick, no fuss, just how customer service should be. Will use you in the future. Thank you

Dale worked hard to find out why my tankless water heater wasn't working. He was on the phone with the company trouble shooting for half an hour, and not during work hours either, it was his own time. He called on his own time too to get all the facts and try and figure it out before he sent anyone out. Now I have hot water and a hot house. Thanks so much!

Dale is amazing not only is he willing to come out on a Saturday night when hes extremely busy. But hes also willing to show you how to do certin things so its not an emergency everytime your furance decides it doesnt want towork on an extreme cold night.
