Service tech MASH, who arrived for our scheduled maintenance today, was a pleasure, and very knowledgeable! His work was thorough and efficient. He also gave me some deep cleaning tips for my Lennox unit, which also looks like new after he gave it a wash. Highly recommended services. Thank you kindly!

Christian and Owen M. came here yesterday and today to replace furnace and install heating pump (I had an AC that wasn’t working). They were really great and nice guys. Christian took the time to explain to me thoroughly when I had so many questions racing in my mind! His explanations and instructions were very simple and he made sure I understood clearly. In fact they were going to do the furnace first but when they discovered I didn’t have the AC for nearly 4 weeks, they decided to do the heating pump first so I would feel comfortable. I really appreciated their thoughtfulness! Again, thanks so much for the great services!

There was an issue with our water heater this morning and a technician was at our place by 2pm to fix it. The appointment was super easy to book online and we are very pleased with the quick turnaround time. Justin Hillier was personable, knowledgeable and wonderful to deal with. Our water heater is all fixed and working great now thanks to him. Thank you, Justin!!

Had a servicing call with really nice and professional tech named Gerald today. It was time to do service our hot water tankless heater here in the Bloomfield area of The County. Gerald showed up on time, had a professional demeanour but was also very friendly, explaining the maintenance and the condition of our heater (very good). Excellent experience!

Mash was a fantastic technician! He thoroughly cleaned our air conditioner, explained every step of the process, and gave us great insight into the unit — including how long it had been installed and its overall condition. He came inside to check that everything was running properly and gave us a clear, helpful summary afterwards. Very pleasant, very well-spoken, and a pleasure to work with. I really enjoyed the experience with Mash and would highly recommend him.

Sharing a positive review on our dealings with Enercare (D & K Heating) from Belleville On. After receiving notice from our insurance company that our home insurance would not be renewed unless our hot water tank was replaced (due to its age). We called Enercare and they made arrangements for a rep (Gerald Van der……) to come and look at our tank the next week. After arriving and seeing that it was the insurance company requesting the change, there were no issues. He explained they automatically do this when requested by insurance. He phoned Enercare and started the procedure. He also mentioned some promotions they had right now, which we will take advantage of, as well as what would take place with the change, paperwork wise. As it turned out, we had the new tank delivered within 2 hours. Service men, Matt and Chris arrived, old tank out and new tank in. Their shoes were taken off at the door and no clean up was needed by us after they left. They even noticed an issue with the downstairs bathroom that they had noticed when checking the water flow. It is so nice to have a local company involved and local guys working here for Enercare. Any dealings we have had with D & K Heating (now owned by Enercare) have always been positive, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to get a good job done.
