I called Dave with an issue I had with my basement pump up evacuation pump that was suppose to rid the water from the basement and pump it into the tank. I tried everything from going out and taking the cap off the tank and cleaning the screens to checking the breakers. I explained to Dave over the phone what my issues was and sent a picture and he instantly had solutions as to what the problem could be. We got it fixed following his instructions and all is well now!

Hot water tank failed after a big storm. Unrelated I'm sure. 07:45 I call. Answers right away. Although dealing with an above avg amount of calls, he still took the time to walk through a couple solutions over the phone. Then reached out again and hour later to inform me he would be able to send someone out. Although I no longer needed the help. That's what service feels like.

We found this company based on the reviews on google and spoke with David Palmer (a very friendly and experienced professional). Absolutely loved talking to him and booked our septic system inspection immediately after he provided us with a reasonable quote.

However, the chaos started to begin when we started the work. Devon Palmer came on-site and started the work on-time, however was constantly complaining about the digging to get to the septic tank (which was earlier mentioned to David in writing). He asked for our help in digging as it was fairly warm that day, so we decided to do so. Once the digging was done, he only scoped half way and said it looks good and that his camera is unable to do a full test.

In the end, we ended up filling the dug up hole as we thought of helping him again.

A few days later when we got the invoice it was OUTRAGEOUS! The bill included a beefed up travel time (which did not match with google maps) + camera scoping fee (which was half done) + labour cost (where we dug and filled the hole) + time for them to write a report (which looked like a template).

Long story short:
ALL THE REVIEWS ON GOOGLE SEEM SNEAKY (dont want to use the word fake, the same is for the website) + estimates are exuberantly different than actual invoices + work done is sub par quality with alot of back and forth

So without being a complete jerk, i want to mention is that just be careful when you engage these guys. Seems like their reputation is going down with time after David.

We had a water problem on Christmas Eve. I was calling around looking for help and advice. The owner of Palmer Plumbing happened to be at the store I called and he spent a good 5 minutes on the phone with me. He offered his diagnosis which was EXACTLY correct and advice to get us through Christmas. He also offered to try to get one of his guys to come out even though it was late on Christmas Eve. GREAT guy and his company will be my first call if we ever need plumbing or heating help in the future!

Exceptional customer service from David and an immediate response from Devon when we had serious concerns about a potential home sewer backup. Devon was able to methodically locate the problem and he had all the equipment and tools he needed onsite to fix the seriously clogged gray water kitchen drain pipe. Thank you Palmer Plumbing, we will sleep better tonight knowing our problem has been repaired.

I had a water leakage issue as a result of an old water pump. I called Mr Palmer as his information was on my water filtration system. This occurred on the weekend and Mr Palmer was very prompt in arriving at my residence and assessing my water issue. Very friendly and helpful. A new water pump and filtering bulb were installed by a very polite fella named Toshi. He called before hand, which I appreciated and finished the work in no time. Definitely would recommend Palmer Heating!
