Darcy MacDonald was professional in all respects: Punctual, knowledgeable, and thorough. His reports were well-researched, comprehensive and organized. His appraisal accurately valued both properties that he appraised.

In both cases, after realtors listed the properties based on their estimate of of market value, the properties sold for a price that was in line with Darcy's appraisal. Having Darcy's appraisal was an extremely helpful guide when it came to comparing offers on the properties.

We asked Darcy MacDonald to appraise three parcels that we were selling. There were many unusual features involved. Even though the location was 80 Km from his home base, he arrived on time and spent several hours learning about the properties. We were impressed with his intelligence and diligence. He went out of his way to accommodate our difficult travel schedule, and his final report was submitted shortly after his visit, promptly and on time. We highly recommend him.
