We were excited to be getting a new custom kitchen in our brand new house. After installation we had a couple serious issues, which Dan blamed me for. Finally after I contacted the paint manufacturer and had in writing that it was indeed Dan's issue, they finally repainted some of the cabinet doors. Everything should have been repainted but in order for that to happen I would have had to take him to small claims court - by this time I was just exhausted and settled for what he did do. Dan is fine until there's an issue, then good luck, he shows his true colours - rude and condescending, and that's only when he finally responds to you.

They are qualified to do good work. Just too bad they cut corners & have an at best combative & at worst non-responsive customer service once they are paid in full. I took days off early & lost thousands just for them to cancel follow-up appointments to complete the work. They don't even call to let you know...they just don't show up & ignore your messages. Just lie after lie. My kitchen remains incomplete & they just don't care. Only way I even got them to home by once more was by going right to their shop to complain. Still messed it up though. Crooked handles (said maybe my house is out of level. It is not. Lol). Dan himself is aggressive on-site with his guys & blames the customer for imprecise work. Inside of cabinet doors arrived heavily chipped (they just painted over that I guess). Somehow my fault? I didn't cut the wood. Misaligned hardware, no venting for microwave insert. So, it fogs up the door & the digital display is already failing. I have to leave the door open to air it out. What a joke. The cabinet kick plates have huge gaps. I can see it from my living room. Lol. Very warped doors on upper cabinets (painted). When closed half of them look partially ajar. Lower cabinet doors are well done though (stained). No chips or misalignments or warps. Just crooked handles & chips around handle screws from installation. Mostly because Dan put them in himself & he was in a mood that day. No pilot holes? No measuring or level? Dunno. All I know is the result. Sloppy. My favourite was he told me he lived like 20 mins away if we needed service as he'd be happy to stop by & to text him (he hates calls). When speaking to him afterwards & asking if he's coming he responded like we were crazy to think he'd be coming over personally to that kind of work as he's the owner & has a staff to do that. Then why did you say you're only 20 mins away & would be happy to do it. Can't even wrap my mind around some of the wild things he said. Just boggles the mind. Blaming me for his inability to show up to appointments or informing his customer he's not coming? "You have to take some of the blame for that". Lol. What? For taking another day off work to sit & wait all day for you just for you to ghost me? My fault? The only fault of mine was giving him all of my money & trusting him to honor his word...I guess. There's certainly some great craftsmanship in what they built. Too bad the bloom is off the rose by the end. I can see by some of the posts here & all the ones that were on the now closed FB site that I am far from being the only home you experience this. You'd think he'd learn. But, I guess you don't have to when just it's tough to even get a contractor. There will always be the next desperate sucker.

Dan and his team did a great job. We we’re impressed with the quality and workmanship. Lack of professionalism in respect to customer service. As a matter of fact there was no customer service at all once the installation was complete. We had some minor touch ups that were required and a couple of items that were their responsibility to to have finished, and Dan Miller fell short of that. Our kitchen was installed Jan 2023 and Dan has not been able to commit to a date for repairs. He doesn’t even have the consideration to cancel. We have been trying to get him back for two months and he clearly doesn’t care! Initially,he responded by making appointments and then not following up. We have attempted numerous times, at least 4 appointments. Dan eventually stops responding all together. Does not return texts or calls. He was very eager to get our business and especially when it came time to collect his money in full by installation. The only advise I have for any potential customer is to not pay completely in full by installation date, retain some money until you are completely satisfied, and then pay the remainder. So irritated, customer concerns is the cost of doing business!!!!

Wonderful, honest, hardworking people. We had our kitchen, mudroom,pantry,and closet all done by Dan and everything was just beautiful. From start to finish, the experience was great. We have referred Dan and his team at least 4x and now are using him again for another kitchen. Quality work with no issues.

Horrible customer service. Delayed my friends install date for their house by two months, never answered their calls to give them a new install date.

The day the cabinets were installed, he was calling them that evening leaving voicemails swearing to give him the remainder of his money. Completely unacceptable.

Cabinets look great on the outside, but have a lot of wasted space and awkward sizing that makes it hard to use the drawers for great functionality.

Would NOT recommend this guy. Yes, he has great prices, but you will regret it. Spend a bit more and use someone else.

In the middle of a full renovation and getting our kitchen, bathrooms and laundry room cabinets plus closet organizers made for our new house . Dan and his team are awesome to work with... can't wait to see the end results !!!
