This business needs to update their website with a message that says “not accepting new clients”.

It currently says they are “focused on servicing the accounting & tax needs of small to medium-sized business clients, including the personal tax needs of business owners and their families.”

I own corporations and real estate properties but when I tried to become a client, I was told they are full.

A suitable message alerting the public would avoid wasting the business’s time and the customer’s time.

They replied on a weekend and weren’t rude or anything; not deserving of a 1-star, so I gave an extra star since they did respond promptly and on a Saturday.
