I’ve recently had the pleasure of working with Whistler realtor, Dave Brown, to find a suitable vacation home there for me and my adult family to enjoy.
Dave was a fund of essential information regarding the different residential or rental rules there. He introduced me to the different neighbourhoods, supplied me with all of listings that met my quite broad criteria and demonstrated infinite patience as we visited many of these homes. He was invariably prompt in responding to all my queries.
He was knowledgable at explaining the history, benefits and pitfalls of various properties.
It took me some time to learn exactly what would work best for me. Once Dave and I found an ideal condominium, he was excellent and assisting with the negotiations and conclusion of my purchase. Everything went very smoothly.
Dave is unpretentious, down-to-earth and never put any pressure on me to buy, plus he has a delightful sense of humour.
