I wondered what the reviews might be like (especially recent ones). There are no recent reviews. I could 'relate' to Winter Blue's comments, and how she ended up having to get another accountant who was professional and corrected the various 'mistakes' that were done. I am feeling right now, like I will have no choice but to find someone else. I provided EVERYTHING 3.5 mos. ago directly to his office. I doubt that he even bothered to look at all the Receipts for the personal expenses that are part of the 'yearsly tax calculations' for 'eligible credits'. What he ended up filing seemed to be done -- without reviewing all the information I provided him. He got paid for the filing, and I asked him to deal with CRA to get to the bottom of the discrepancies, and make necessary corrections. It seems like he ALWAYS had trouble with 'not being able to communicate with CRA'. I finally sent a Consent form directly to CRA (by mail) which were signed by both of us, and they confirmed with me 'the receipt' of the Consent. But as with everything else I did to try and help, I've gotten not response from Len at all (not just NOW, but at any previous time over the past 3 mos.) To not even bother to pick up the phone and call your Client to at least explain where things are at .... and when I call it sounds like just 'one excuse after another', has been extremely FRUSTRATING. With me dealing with some new health concerns, and really needing someone competent to help, and end up getting absolutely NOTHING has caused me to reach my limit of TOLERANCE!! Now I have to find someone else, willing to do the actual work -- and it may cost me $250 or thereabouts, but in the end the 'Credits'/'Refund' for which my late father is entitled to, will be worth it. I just wish I hadn't lost SO MUCH VALUABLE TIME!! It will surely get resolved as soon as I find a good Accountant who is motivated!

We have used Len’s service for the past 9 years and we have always felt welcome and looked after. We have no problem recommending him to anyone. We moved to the Island a year ago and have mailed all info to him and have gotten great service

Len is a very personable accountant and has a gift for explaining business concerns as well as tips for getting the most out of your tax returns. The office is friendly and accommodating. Nice small town feel.

I used Len Davidiuk, for two years for my business taxes, the experience was less than stellar and so unprofessional. He wasn't able to open pdf docs, told me to print them off, scan them, and add them as attachments in emails..... His explanation was that he couldn't open them on his computer, didn't have the program. Your cell phone, will open a PDF doc. I ended up having to bring everything into his office.

Second year, I just had my bookkeeper correspond and send everything. Neither of us heard back from him, I sent a couple emails- no response. Sent another email, a month later, he said he was busy and couldn't open anything-again. I resent everything, twice. Nothing. 3 weeks go by, until I finally called the office and told him his behavior was completely unprofessional, I'd sent everything to him right at the beginning of tax season, and now it was nearly the end and I was going to be late filing.

I got a new, professional accountant, who went over all my stuff from previous years, and found multiple errors in Len's work, things that weren't even FILED and sent. I had wondered why every year my taxes were reassessed differently, which affected my personal taxes and cost me a ton of money.

I'm so friggin annoyed, I would not recommend this office at all.

Len has been doing my hubby's on reserve native status income tax for a few years now and he gets it done in a timely manner and explains everything out in a way you understand.
