I was able to find all the details for the rental I was interested in on their website.
Called to schedule a viewing and the front desk was cheerful and immediately sent me a text to choose a convenient time to view.
Met with the agent and she answered every question I had to make the entire process swift and efficient.
I am very impressed with how Davies operates, like a well oiled machine. I will 100% use them again as they valued my time and made it very easy.

I have been using Davies for approximately 9 years and I have had a very positive experience with this company. Over the 9 years, my unit was only vacant for 1 month - the staff were always on top of getting new tenants when required to ensure the unit was always occupied. Davies always openly communicated when it was time for renewals, etc. Most recently during the sale of my unit, Gayle Hackett was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to ensure all of our needs were met including the quick turnaround of some minor repairs that were required. She was prompt to respond to my phone calls and emails as she was aware of the tight timeline we were dealing with. I truly enjoyed working with this company as it gave me piece of mind that my property was being taken care of. I want to thank Gayle and the Davies family for the wonderful service we received over the 9 years we were with the company. I highly recommend their services.

I rented with Davis Property Management for 2 years and had a perfect move out experience. Gayle was fair, understanding and reasonable. We got all our damage deposit back and the whole time renting with them was pain free and pleasant. I’d 100% recommend. Especially with Gayle she was super sweet to deal with!

I recently sold a property that Gayle used to manage for us. I had to make many urgent calls and requests to Gayle for the sale of my property. Even though my requests came in during their busiest time of the month, Gayle was able to get them done on time. My requests were timely sensitive and couldn’t have done it without Gayle. I was super impressed with Gayle’s prompt responses and how professionally she managed them.

Move out inspection docs were a contradicting mess -- states explicitly "DO NOT TURN OFF UTILITIES - We will have them transferred into our name the day after you move out" (not sure how they would do this?) Tried to get this clarified approximately 1 month before our moveout inspection - no response for almost 3 weeks. Finally was instructed to cancel services myself, only after REPEATED communication attempts. The late messaging drifted into the span of time Epcor required to cancelation purposes (5 days) Left paying for multiple days of services beyond us living there. Extremely frustrating!
Be wary of the Move In & Move out processes with this Management group, as our experience has not been smooth.

I gave $1875 deposit.
When my lease finished and move, they returned me only $970.
Before we leave we made deep cleaning which we took all pictures and videos before we enter and when we move out.
They charges us totally $750 for cleaning fees which is insane.
I call technician for refrigerator filter and he said since there is no water line and its not connected we do not need filter, i reject but they still charged $97 for that.
I hope government follow this company and figure it out what is their purpose.
I asked them to come and check a week ago before we leave but they said we can not do that we can only come exit day to get keys. Now i understand that they are doing for to get our money…
They also charged $95 for bulbs INSANE!
They send me 71 pages all pictures and everything which is funny.
This was my WORST EXPERIENCE. AROUND 800$ FOR CLEANING! What you did i wonder is it shining?
Whoever rent with them please do not i don’t suggest

Since December 24, 2024 to January 31st, 2025 when my lease ended, we had no stove from that time until our lease ended, it was my first time in Edmonton since 1999 to have Christmas and new year without cooking and I still paid my rent even when I had a five month child, too late to act, the maintenance guy kept changing the date, and when he to see the stove he couldn't fix it. It wasn't even the stove and it was the wiring that got in old this house. In January of 2024, just 2 months.
What a company, I regret to say this but there shouldn't be anyone thinking about moving in to their properties because they're thieves, after their move out inspection they added a $210 charge for a smoke detector batteries that doesn't cost even $200 and they also estimated $750 utility bills without waiting for the bill itself from epcor. On May 17, 2025, I paid them utility bills of $377.62 and moved out of their building on May 21, 2025 and returned their keys on May 26, 2025 but imagine that their estimates was $750 and they are not returning my direct deposit of $1350 and asked me to pay them instead $1250 and by the way they refused to extend a one month lease and was ready to pay them, just because I responded to their general manager that they neglected us and we stayed one month and a half without a stove, which was their responsibility now they're asking for $55 daily and even asking for late extend lease fees of $50 when they are the one who delayed to extend lease. Their property on 2531 135 Avenue NW had mold when we moved in and the picture of it is on move in inspection and something very strange is that the maintenance guy called Peter told us that they kept painting that mold and that's why it never disappeared. Their general manager didn't care when I said that my children lived in your house without stove from December 24, 2024 to January 31st, 2025, she said to me on the phone that, " who cares, if that's the case we are not extending your any more." The next day she was in front of our door knocking to ask us to move out. She said to me," move out, your lease is already terminated. " Now what does she think that I will sue them for because their townhouse has mice as well.
