I recently had the opportunity in attending the Management 101 and 201 conference offered by Dental Management Secrets. Meeting Craig Hayes have really opened up my experience of confirming that a dental practice can indeed be managed well with promoting a happy environment for the team, providing stellar patient experience and increasing production! I have learned so much from the two conferences and am very excited to bring back all that knowledge into our clinic! I would highly recommend for anyone who would like to understand the management of a dental practice to take any conferences offered by Dental Management Secrets.

My interactions with the Dental Management Secrets team have always been very professional and helpful. I have found them to be very efficient at providing me details regarding upcoming training to assist with planning.

While attending training I have always found Mr Craig Hayes to be very engaging and easy to relate with. His expertise has been very valuable in helping to guide me to be the Manager I am today.

Craig is incredibly knowledgeable, as well as an engaging and lively speaker, who, had no trouble keeping our attention for 4 days; he and went above and beyond in his efforts to give our group everything we needed to succeed, and continues to support us even after the course has ended. Dental Management Secrets provides you with all the tools you will need to build a healthy dental practice. My life as a manager has never been the same since. Craig and staff are wonderful and become like family, the networking that has come out of all the courses I have taken with DMS over the last 8 years is worth every penny spent. If you are struggling and need a lifeline, they are your ticket, you will have access to so much support in a lonely world that management can be.

Craig is like a stand up comedian, he delivered personal stories that were relative to the current topic, and were almost always peppered with witty zingers. I'm certain he had won over everyone in the room on the first day. He carried this charisma through the rest of the course, but it was well balanced with a confident professionalism that I'm certain we all now aspire to grow into. He sets a wonderful example for an appropriate and tactful management style, based on situations he's personally been in, or assisted others in. His support for you and your practice will extend past the initial conference and be available to you for an as long as needed. I'm looking forward to the next conference! (Hopefully is Vegas 🙏)

Having taken two DMS courses, (101 & 201) I can say they are fabulous courses full of great information for dental office managers.
