Don’t use this company for any real estate transactions. Good luck getting your sales proceeds. They feel because they are so big, they don’t have to follow the rules they are hired to enforce.

Had the terrible misfortune of working with these sad people. They really took their time, ran up the bill, did not listen to the details of the estate. THEY JUST DID NOT CARE. HORRIBLE way to dispense a last will and testament. They just caved in to the step children's demands. pathetic.

I hired Kathy Briere a year into my injury claim as I was unhappy with my representation at the time. My case unfortunately went significantly longer than most but she went above and beyond for me. From updating me when necessary, responding to my emails, setting up multiple specialist appointments including some follow ups and second opinions. She was absolutely phenomenal. We were able to settle in mediation and the mediator commented that she felt there was no money to be left on the table. Kathy kept my best interests in mind and was willing to take it to trial had I wanted, however, she made sure I understood the potential outcomes of trial. I would use her again without thinking twice and would recommend her 1 million times over.

I hired this firm to write my will. The lawyer was absent often and it took months to finally get a will close to what I wanted.
They are expensive and have a hard time actually listening to what the client wants.
Would not recommend Dentons!

Not sure this Alberta law firm was the best fit for my companies common law trademark needs. On the positive side, even though they are one of the largest, their prices are not any higher. In review a much smaller Toronto law firm has been more personal, although more expensive. The outcome is what counts, and I'm not convinced this company has the little guys back when placed up against the powers of this corrupt corporate world.
