Dr Ross and his staff were exceptional when treating my daughter (wisdom teeth removal). They were patient, kind and answered all our questions. They exemplified the kind of service one can only hope to receive these days. Highly recommend.

Well it has been 28 plus years since Ian Ross has made anf fitted me with a bite plane (mouth guard) The dentists out here in Calgary where i now live can't believe it. Yes I still wear the same one every nite. I wish that he still made them .I would fly back to Nova Scotia for one. Thanks so much

Accompanied my daughter and son recently for their wisdom teeth extractions and i was so impressed with the thoughtful kindness shown to my children and I by Dr Ross and his staff. He was able to explain all the details patiently and kindly so the kids felt comfortable and safe. He did such a good job and the kids both had fantastic recoveries. Cant say enough positive things about Dr Ross or his staff.

Dr. Ross has done oral surgery for three of my four teenagers over the past 4 years, two for wisdom teeth extraction and one to place a surgical implant post for a new front tooth. Dr. Ross is precisely the type of doctor I love working with my children. He spoke with them openly and respectfully, providing them an opportunity to ask questions. He’s super knowledgeable with over 30 years of experience, yet he can explain the procedure and post procedure practice in simple terms that our kids can understand. Lastly, he’s kind, caring and gentle. I highly recommend Dr. Ross!

Had my wisdom teeth surgery done by Dr Ross a few months ago. Definitely it was the best ever experience and there is no other oral surgeon in NS that I can trust with my care. He was very kind, knowledgeable and very well explained the procedure and after care instructions. Him and his staffs were professional, friendly and made me comfortable during the whole appointment. I strongly recommend him for every one.

Dr. Ross is the most professional and caring surgeon I have been to. He has removed wisdom teeth on my three children and two of them were really anxious. He took his time explaining everything and we all felt relieved. My daughter was scared of the IV needle but it turned out to be nothing. He is very gentle and calm and reassured her while he was putting it in. I had to call Dr. Ross's mobile after my son's surgery because I wasn't sure if he could play hockey a week later and Dr. Ross answered all my questions. I would highly recommend him.

Had my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Ross a few months back and I couldn't have had a better experience. He is so knowledgeable and competent. The IV was no big deal and I had no complications after the fact. I would highly recommend Dr. Ross for wisdom teeth removal or other operations in the Berwick area!
