We were looking for a new place to get sandwiches and we found a wonderful surprise in Eagle Sandwich Company. They are very new on the Fresno screen but have a history in sandwich making.
The selection of sandwiches is plentiful! They have a nice mix of flavor combinations to reach a broad audience. The quality of meats is superb! The bread was excellent. (You have to try the sourdough!!) The vegetables were crisp and flavorful! The sandwiches were fully stuffed with meat cheese and toppings!! (No skimping!!)
We were greeted warmly on entering the shop, and the sandwiches were made fresh and quick.
If you are hungry for a delicious sandwich, you need to visit Eagle Sandwich Co. You will not be disappointed...

The Pickled Deli - Fresno

Great new local, independent (not franchise) deli that just opened. It’s ran by a local family. Clean and friendly service. The food was excellent and I’m looking forward to trying something new next time.you can tell a lot of work has been put into the build up. It’s going to do great! The chicken sandwich with house buffalo sauce was delicious. The French dip was good with unique taste. Trust me when I say that they have good bread. Basque Bakery Bread is just the best. #supportlocal

AMAZING sandwiches. I got the turkey, avocado & sprouts sandwich on Dutch crunch bread. It was one of the best sandwiches I've ever had. Generous portions and SO fresh!
I got the ube cheesecake as well, and DAMN, it's so good!! This is my new go-to sandwich place! I can't wait to go back

Excellent sandwiches. I had the roast beef with provolone and my wife had the French dip sandwich, both of them were great. The bread was also very good quality and taste. The French dip sandwich had an amazing Au Jus sauce with a wonderful flavor to it. We’ll definitely be going back.

This is the best place to get a sandwich! The people are always happy, the sandwich is humongous, and what can I say it’s just a great sandwich 10/10. I won’t be going anywhere else!!

This was by far one of the best sandwiches joints I’ve visited. I labeled it $10-$20, but I also got 2 sandwiches they were so good. And, I STILL paid less than what other places will charge for just one sandwich.
I highly recommend the French Dip if you’re looking for suggestions. I’m still thinking about that French Dip.
It wasn’t just the quality of the food, but the prices are more than reasonable compared to other places and the atmosphere was great! Arnold, the owner, really understands the aspects of success when it comes to the product and the people. He brings his A game and it shows. If you don’t try Eagle Sandwich at least once you’re really missing out. I often don’t recommend places because I’m picky, but this is one of those instances where people have to know!
This is real quality, a great environment, and prices you will rarely see for a sandwich in 2024. Go check it out.

Hands down the best sandwich shop in Fresno, just my opinion. The freshness of the bread and all of the fixings, taste of quality! The owner and staff are very friendly and welcoming, unlike other sandwich shops around. The size of the six inch is so filling I could only eat half and he doesn’t skimp on the meat either. My favorite so far is the Turkey Avocado & Sprouts on Dutch. If you have a bit of a sweet tooth, try the Ube cheesecake, it is yummy!
