Worst service possible. I haven't had my garbage picked up in weeks and I follow all the rules, never any tags or explanation as to why my garbage is not being collected. Contacted ERSB multiple time but all they say is "I'll pass it on to Operations" (which I think is just B.S.) and will not let me speak to operations or a manager. I currently have the mayor of Bay Roberts on speed dial and he has to send out a town worker to collect my garbage. Why the town ever decided to go with a 3rd party contractor for garbage collection is beyond me. If this keeps up I will be requesting a discount in property taxes or requesting that the town take the ERSB to litigation on breach of contract.

What a poor service. Limited to 16 visits per calander year what a farce. If i dont have to scan a card in st johns why should i have to scan one for these poor dismal services

Time for the residents of the Port de Grave get to a reliable garbage service. Since the contracts were changed and we have a new contractor our service has been unreliable. The board has no problem billing us for our service, well time to be in a reliable, efficient contractor. As for your clear bags, it's none of your business what I toss in the garbage and is an invasion of my privacy. Also if you want us to recycle then pick up the blue bags and not leave them on the side of the road for a day or 2. This has happened on few occasions.

This has to be the worst service ever invented. Why would a double axle snowmobile trailer be considered commercial?

You now need an access card to dispose of garbage. Foolish time wasting paper work for nothing.

Haven't had a single reliable garbage pick up in months. ERSB has cut communication, removed their facebook page, stopped answering emails and replaced their phone in line with a recording.

Very unprofessional staff at the Bay Bulls location. They are making it so difficult to get rid of waste that people are going to start dumping it all over our beautiful town. Its a shame. They are 100% happy to take your money but not your trash and make it as difficult as they can.
