We’ve own a condo that is managed by Eastway Property Management for over six years. We’ve seen property managers come and go but our current property manager Scott G has done such a phenomenal job taking care of us as owners the difference is night and day. Since the day Scott has taken his position so much has gotten done around our buildings. Not only is he friendly and helpful but he treats us like family. I just want to make sure he knows how much we appreciate him and how much of a difference he has made in our lives. We’re so fortunate to have him as our property manager. Thanks Scott!!

Stay away from any building they manage. I have never witnessed such neglect and poor managment in my life. They should be held accountable for inability to do their job.

Eastway property management is probably the worst company imaginable. I am one hundred percent convinced that they pay ever single one of their employees specifically to ignore, lie to and insult all their tenants. How a company can function when even the vice president cant accomplish any simple task! We had the vice president involved in a trespassing/noise issue that has been continuing since March. And months later,nothing no change. Still someone stomping their feet every single night. Everyone there must be incompetent I guess.

Eastway property management is one of the worst companies that I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. The property managers have been awful, and it makes sense why. The Vice President of Eastway is not only ignorant and disrespectful, but also completely incompetent of his position in the company. I have had multiple issues with this organization, and I believe they don’t deserve even a single star review.

Horrible horrible company. We’ve had a leak for far too long, it’s finally been fixed however there was mold so the walls & everything need to be redone. Have been waiting almost 3 months for them to come & fix it. Had been told a few times they will come to fix it on a certain date & they don’t show, with no call or anything. We’re unable to use our bedroom. Ed, the head of eastway then hung up on us after we’ve been trying desperately to get our condo fixed. Horrible service would never recommend. No help at all.

it's almost impressive how they're able to find so many different staff that are rude to owners & tenants, as if it's part of their hiring process. Our Eastway PM often takes weeks to respond to pressing issues, a broken lock to outside of building for one example).
I've had tenants leave because of the lack of care and even harassment given to them by the Eastway Property Manager. After reading so many similar reviews, about multiple property managers within Eastway, I'm genuinely curious what they due to foster such a stable of consistently rude and incompetent people. They'd made a great piece of CTV or CBC News.

This management company is a disgrace. I am a board member for our complex. Stay far away. I would give 0 star if I could. Heather is terrible. She does not respond to email or phone calls. She has very little experience in the business. She has a limited license. I can't even begin to tell you why you or your corporation should stay away from Eastway or Heather. Trust me.

Worst company to deal with, waiting over a year to get step fixed. My elderly mother triped and was injured. Advised Suzanne property manager didn't show any empathy or solution. Was told to call lawyer.
