Daniella and Eli at EC Builders have completed multiple projects for us including the restoration of a historic barn which was on its last legs. When no one else was willing to take on this complicated project, they brought tons of ingenuity and energy to the project. We were fortunate enough to have Eli and Daniela build our custom home. From the first phone call with Eli - detailing what our expectations were and the timeline for the build to the final inspection - our expectations were exceeded! Eli is brilliant - he made suggestions along the way to make changes to the floorplan, to add in a certain design, to use certain materials and colours that really made the home come together. We were impressed with the weekly e-mail updates, attention to detail, the time Daniela spent on finding the best quote and companies to work with and the organization of the entire build. The detail and care that goes into the logistics of building a custom home was incredible to watch.

Now that we have moved into our new home, the support from Eli and Daniela hasn't stopped. We love our home - and honestly wouldn't change a thing about it! The time and dedication of the EC Builder team is unmatched. Thank you again for everything!

We knew right away upon meeting Eli and Daniela that we wanted to work with them in the designing and building of our custom home. Building during a pandemic could have been a lot more stressful than it was. Eli and Daniela managed to hit each of their timelines despite the many challenges in the supply chain. Our project with EC Builders began in the spring of 2021. We finished our basement with a family room including custom cabinetry, a small wet bar and gas fireplace, an office, a home theater, a large bathroom and storage areas.

My reason for choosing Eli was his vision of the construction and how he would include designs that met our particular requirements. It was very important to us to include finishing details that matched the theme of the other areas of the home, including door style and hardware, window sill and casings, wood flooring and custom railing bracketry. Although the pandemic threw several curves to the project progress, his management and ideas always aligned with our needs and visions.

We have thoroughly enjoyed our new spaces over the past 2+ years and are completely satisfied with the workmanship.

Myself (Jennifer) and my partner Shawn will be forever grateful to EC builders. When we started this journey nearly a year ago, we never could have imagined we would now be living in our dream home. We knew we needed a forever home which would carry us into and through our retirement, but what we got was beyond what we had set our sights on.

From the beginning, Eli, Daniella and their team were a pleasure to work with. Their open, upfront communication and professional and diligent work ethic made the process of building our home easy and virtually stress free. I've been using Eli's Construction Ltd. since moving to Cobourg 4 years ago.
My latest project that Eli undertook was building a detached double garage with a breezeway attached to the house.
The project was constructed using a full ICF build, quite impressive, especially the fact that the entire garage can be heated with a mini space heater.
I was very impressed by Elijah and his crew, I can honestly say they went the extra mile, being helpful from the design to the finished product.
Fair and honest pricing and quality workmanship. Great job!
