Pretty terrible experience. Never responded, manipulative, actively chose not to help in any way possible making getting anything done in time sensitive and emergency situations impossible; leading to undeniable building damage and biohazardous situatuons.

Worst strata management company ever. Never respond to any emails or phones. Taking forever to address simple issues like a copy of the bylaws and other forms.

I recently had the opportunity to deal with ECM staff and have a background and understanding with how this industry runs. ECM Strata takes their instructions from elected strata council and will enforce the bylaws and rules to ensure the assets of the strata are protected and all owner's investments are protected. It seems like most of the reviews are from people who violate the bylaws and get fined. Remember, rules and bylaws are to protect your investment as an owner! Excellent team members! Responsive to my inquiries and quick to respond to my emails or phone calls. I would highly recommend ECM Strata Management if you want a company that cares about your investment and enforces rules and bylaws of the corporation.

One of the worst strata management companies I've ever dealt with. Incompetent doesn't even begin to describe how they manage their properties. No communication with homeowners and little to no action taken to resolve issues. New townhome development built a year ago and they haven't even cleaned windows. Would avoid properties managed by ECM at all costs

Good luck if this turns out to be your Strata Management company. Very poor builders seek out ECM as they cater to them to keep Strata Councils in the dark allowing issues to go unchecked and unanswered. Rude, unresponsive, unprofessional, incompetent, the list goes on. One star is too high.

Very unprofessional receptionist.
Very rude. No concept of how to speak to clients. Plenty of eye rolling and sarcastic comments. I was Listened in on my phone call while in the waiting area, and made numerous comments on it. Gossiping on more than one occasion to other employees about me, making derogatory comments about me. This all stems from me asking to have a simple form signed. Unbelievably poor customer service skills and general incompetence displayed. Their motto is "Working for harmonious relationships. " What a joke!
