Edge immigration rocks. Ryan is a thrust of knowledge and has expertise in his field. Which is why he likes to talk to the point. Some people might find it rude but I understand that he is busy. What matters is that the team is result oriented, responsive and prompt.
I used their services for a small task once as I usually like to do my paperwork myself. But I found them to be excellent and trust worthy. I also concluded that their fees is not exorbitantly high like other consultants in Canada.

I've been trying to get my money back for 5 months. And this is not for their services, but only for the application in the IRCC.
Never pay for your documents through them. Make payments directly to the IRCC.
I'm attaching the correspondence (pay attention to the dates).
They may not respond for weeks.
I had to contact the IRCC myself and only then, when I forwarded them the response from the IRCC (indisputable evidence that I know that the return was made and threatened with court), only after that they returned my money to me.
