I have been dealing with fleet element for a few years, I honestly have no idea how they continue to do business as everyone just hates the way they operate. To be absolutely transparent, they are terrible at everything. Vehicles not getting registered, fuel cards stop working randomly leaving you stranded, just to get an oil change will take between 2-3 hours because their approval process is slow. Everything I listed above has personally happened to me over the past 4 or 5 years.

I’ve been in the auto repair industry for 25 years. This is the worst automotive fleet company to do business with. Period. I refuse to do any of the vehicles they manage.

Absolute horrible company how anyone does business with them is beyond me. They take 45 minutes to approve a workorder. Absolute trash company they need to go under. Jiffy lube needs to not have any dealings with them. K Y S

Terrible company to deal with. No customer service and high changeover. Our rep and contacts constantly change. No one cares and cannot get a call back. Even when you want to purchase a vehicle through them. Ending and closing out a lease is done with errors and they steal money from your account. Go elsewhere.
