Our family has been blessed to have found Empower. Both our kids have booked jobs (my husband and myself included) and they have enjoyed every single auditions they have done.
Empower is always there for us when we need them. They respond promptly and are aware of our needs and requests.
What we like the most is that they understand that we are a busy family and when we need to 'close off' certain dates because of different commtiments or sickness, they always approve with compassion and flexibility.
When we signed the contract 2 years ago, it was clear that once someone commits to be part of the agency, we have to be ready to work hard (cannot constantly refuse jobs for any possible reasons) and it is hard and demanding work... but we were and still are ready for the challenge.
With that being said, they have a certain standard they have in mind and if you don't fit, they will let you go, respectfully. They work for the well-being of all of us and we sure don't want to look bad out there because of talents that are not quite ready to work hard.
We could not ask for a better experience in this very busy industry... if you are ready to put the work in, you will be a good fit with Empower.
