Other than the receptionist Vanessa, , the service was awful. The housing market is tight, we moved from MB, and I took time off to diligently look for housing. I left a message regarding a rental within hours of it being posted fir Cynthia. No return call. I called the next two business days, and left messages with the receptionist . No reply. My partner finally called and was told applications were now closed by Vanessa. We explained we had called and asked to be considered given the situation. Cynthia finally returned the call, was dismissive, rude and insisted she called everyone back. My phone records and their own receptionist recall differently. It may be an owners market but I’d still expect professional and courteous treatment.
