Staff is extremely rude and unprofessional when communicating with customers. Made me feel that its my fault I wasn't aware for any of the services or the costs when its the staff hired to work at this place to educate customers. I was not educated on the type of services that are were being offered, and neither told about any fees associated with the essay editing service. When I was trying to inquire, about the service the representative had become agitated and decided to raise her voice and talk to me. Don't know how people are hired with such arrogance an behaviour. The advisor did not let me know about the services when I had spoken to her the night before the my essay deadline, and then decided to surprise me about associated costs and turn over time. My first time using the service, and did not even get as far, with any remarks or editing for my paper. Do not use this service.

I  am an undergrad student  and sought their help for  several of my school projects due to time constraints.  However, most of the writings they completed for me either had some grammar issue or were partially related to the topics I gave them.  I had to spend a lot of time fixing the errors on my own after receiving each project.  Unfortunately, I did not get a good mark on any of the projects they had done for me.  I barely received the passing grade for them. In my opinion, either their writers are Not professional or do Not  spend enough time reading  projects’ instructions carefully before starting to write them . In addition, there is a  lady who works there as a receptionist and advisor. Her name is Aline Russo. She is the most obnoxious person I have ever met. She was extremely rude to me. In my opinion, she has zero customer service skills.  She even yelled at me a couple of times while I was on the phone placing my orders even though I have been really polite to her. She did not respect me as a customer at all.  I personally had a horrible experience with this institution. My advice to you, Do Not waste your money here. I was about to even fail  a project because of  their  unprofessional writing.
