Worst experience with this property management. We rented a townhome in Cityscape that they managed. We moved out June 29th and up until now July 15th they have not released our security deposit. They allowed the new tenants to move June 29th when we paid the rent for whole month of June. They also said they will not release out security deposit unless we pay the cleaning fee and if we do not provide the proof of payment for utilities. They charge us $965 for the cleaning fee. How ridiculous is that? Aren’t they suppose to be responsible for normal wear and tear? And guest what, they let the new tenants clean the place and did not even bother hire a third party cleaners. Now, those tenants put together an “invoice” saying that the cleaning cost $965. I searched the company “Hustle Belle”, it does not even exist. Now where in the internet says this Hustle Belle cleaning company exist. I doubt if they are even registered. Aman, the property manager, did not even bother investigate. He should have been responsible to hire a legit cleaning company not a scam company that would just put together an invoice.

They are asking for proof of payment for utilities as well as “requirement” before releasing our security deposit. Enmax will not charge us the utilities until July 17th. We need to wait until Enmax charge us the utilities, then show them proof of payment and then they will release our security deposit. I did not know landlords has so much power to hang on to your security deposit as long as they can and ask for ridiculous requirements before releasing it to you. Truly greedy and disgusting company!!! They would suck renters up to their very last penny. Stay away from this company. If you are looking to rent around NE area ask what is the property management and if it’s Estate View, run!!! They will scam and lie and cheat to you.

We rented through ESTATEVIEW as first time renter and our experience was nothing but exceptional with the team. Particularly Mr. Mirza had always been available throughout the tenancy period.
As it was our first time renting experience, we were briefed and treated well during the tenancy time.
Unfortunately due to some changes we have had to relocate to different part of city and we couldn't find new place with ESTATEVIEW, otherwise it would have been our first preference to rent through them again.

Just want to say thank you to Mirza and his team for professionalism throughout these 13 months we rented and wish to deal again in future.

The team at Estateview, Rajbinder, Mirza and Guia were fantastic! They took care of my property with such efficiency and professionalism. I live out of the area and they were able to move out my previous tenants and within days get the home prepared and ready to lease again. They found quality tenants and took care of the process all while keeping me posted with their progress and updates. I could not be happier with how well they handled my complicated situation. Worst experience ever dealing with this company. All they want to do is make money from your deposit. Return inspection was done and verified even after that they kept our deposit. So unprofessional to deal with, would never recommend anyone. They returned us only 35% of our deposit, when we left the house in the exact same condition.
If you’re having any issues regarding safety property manager will ignore you and won’t attend your calls.

Mirza, the property manager for my building, is very nice responsible, kind, respectful and attentive manager. He responds to your needs and concerns in a timely manner. Since he has taken over, the building is safer and cleaner and more comfortable.
Am very satisfied with his knowledge and care.

Estateview is great reputable firm but Beware of their Realtor Aartee Sharma. She is very unprofessional and unethical Realtor. We delisted property with her few months ago because of her unethical ways and Fraud schemes attempt. When she found out that we listed the property with another Realtor, she started harrasing us and we are still facing cyber bullying. It is very unethical and immature for a Realtor to bully a former client. The details have been reported to Authorities and she is currently under investigation. If there are any other victims of her Fraud scheme, please go ahead and report her.

I'm very disappointed with a Estate View. My wife and I have been renting off of them for over a year. We were never late on our rent, we were not problem tenants, and we maintain the property only to come home to a 90-day eviction notice because the landlord or property owner wants to take possession. We rented this property from a gentleman named Param with him having full knowledge that we intended to stay here until we were financially able to buy. He even said that we would have no worries as long as we paid our rent and cared for the property. It isn't that the homeowner wants to move in that upsets us, it is that Estate View did not take care of us as good tenants and provide us with another property. They have left us in the wind with nowhere for our family and pets to go. I do not recommend this company as nobody has reached out to us in an attempt to rectify it and I feel it is there 100% responsibility to take care of us as good paying tenants. I would also like to mention that the day of viewing they pressure you to take the property saying there are other people who want it. They never come back to sign off on walk through, and you still deal with home owners when the home is in disrepair. Estate View has really disappointed our family.

@ Mirza > Firstly, it is alarming that this sweet talker person is intentionally giving clients a hard time without providing proper services since he has been taken over. Clients should be able to rely on their management company to guide and accommodate them through any requirements and provide expert exhortation, not cause them dispensable hassle. Furthermore, the fact that this person is not upfront about obnubilated charges is concerning. Clients have the right to ken what they are paying for and should not be blindsided by unexpected fees. It is withal disconcerting that this man does not recognize clients later on, which betokens a lack of professionalism, experience, and care for clients. Clients should feel confident that there is a commitment to their case and recollect them. This man is 100% Fraud & The 1 Scammer in this city. don't trust him for any kind of reason & his intention is to give hassle without providing your service. There are so many hidden charges that he'll not tell you before starting work. Take email or written notes from him and keep your recorder on if you need to deal with him otherwise, you'll be in trouble & later on, he'll change his word and don't forget to collect all documents from him otherwise he'll create an excuse to charge you. And don't forget to report the way you've faced the hassle to help others. So stay out of this person from any sort of assistance.
