Whether a new dentist or a well seasoned dentist, you can't miss with exec tech coahing

The secret to exec tech is combining busness training with personal training. Your wish , hope and dreams come from sound busness plans and the confidance to follow thru. As a dentist that was running a pretty efficant small group practice for 5 years I didn't think I had that much to learn however, I was wrong. Withing 3 months I saw patient and staff satisfaction sky rocket and my stress level decrease. You will hear a lot of consultatnt aspiring dentist to become mulit location to gain market share, me I wanted efficency and profitablility and exec teck has given me the path to do this.

Now after a few more years and a more seasoned dentist, I reffer back to my coching manual and seem to find more answeres to questions I didn't even know that I could have asked

Thanks Dr W

Brain is an excellent empathetic Coach. He will always guide and steer your life to happiness and success. I have known Brian for almost 15 years now. Even though I'm no longer using his services I always run all the issues by him. He is always there for his clients. This is unheard of these days. He truly cares for his clients and wants what is best for them. He is a true mentor/ leader and a great person. I wish everyone in the world were like Brian, then this world would be a better place 🙂
I would highly recommend him.

Brian Rakestraw, of Exectech, has been our business consultant since 2007. There is not enough space on a page to explain how beneficial he and ExecTech have been to us, the owners of Total Foot and Ankle of Tampa Bay, and to the entire practice. Brian has helped us grow our practice; his skills and knowledge have helped our practice thrive and change with the times. We have been in business since 1978. We run a solid, caring, busy, productive, progressive office and could not have done it without Brian's assistance. Brian and Exectech have helped us grow from a single doctor practice in 2 locations to a 5 doctor practice in 5 locations.
Aside from the regular scheduled meetings, Brian is readily available to assist us and guide us wherever we need him. He is more than a business consultant- he is a coach for all kinds of office issues, a teacher and an advisor. We consult with Brian for all major business decisions. He has insights and knowledge that we greatly respect and that have helped us tremendously throughout the years.
We strongly recommend ExecTech to any medical professional looking for support, knowledge, dedication and loyalty in consulting services. Calling ExecTech will be the best phone call for professional assistance you have ever made!

“More Profits, less stress” is hardly what I’d want my drs prerogative to be… sounds like a “coach” to screw patient’s over… everyone does want more money and less stress, but my dr just thanked you for “coaching” that may have set him into business model that has NOTHING to do with superior medical services and EVERYTHING to do with his own personal wealth… I thought he was a decent person, but I haven’t had my medicine since October… I’ve been ghosted by the office Dr Som still works for, the same business that bought him out… my family will now know that you may have personally guided him to take irresponsible steps that left me in this potentially deadly predicament… 10 YEARS ON CLONAZEPAM TO NOTHING, COLD TURKEY, AND YOU TOLD HIM HOW TO SELL HIS RESPONSIBILITY… but nobody picked up the responsibility to make this change… no good reason, he sold his practice? They erased me from the system, so it seems that under your guidance Dr Som no longer needs to follow up on getting me referred to a new dr that CAN prescribe me the medication that I need… it’s not ok, and it’s not something Dr Som could do on his own because it requires a system to subvert medical rights like this… seems like a precedent needs to be made here before other people suffer needlessly as I have!
