I have worked with Executive Booking twice now and both times I have had a positive experience. Not only is she professional, knowledgeable responds quickly to questions, in addition, she is a wizard when it comes to my taxes. That’s twice now that someone else has told me I owed, but when she reviewed my taxes I ended up with a refund, and a significant one at that. She goes above and beyond for myself and my husband. She is easy to work with and explains patiently when necessary. I have recommended her to personal friends before and I recommend her on Google reviews as well.

Would have given her zero stars if possible. I had a very bad experience with Shannon, at first she acts very nice before applying taxes and stuff. She first gave a price for doing the taxes later she asked for more money which I had no clue why. She said the first payment was for tax planning and it was around $80 approximately which is after 75% discount. Then the next month she asked for more $130 something to apply the taxes which I was confused about. If I go to H&R block they charge me $80 and does everything for me, but since I was out of Canada and they don’t handle clients when they are out of country so had to choose this. Never ever suggest anyone to do taxes with her, very unprofessionalism and lack of transparency. I emailed her about the second price asking why I need to pay again and she said she doesn’t like my tone of communication and stuff. She does not handle her clients professionally. Avoid this company for taxes.

Managing tax returns could be challenging specially if you have not filed your taxes for few years. I was in that situation and was looking for help. I found Executive-Bookkeeping through google and due to good reviews, I decided to ask them to do that for me. I had a fantastic experience with them and especially their tax expert, Shannon Williams. She was extremely helpful in explaining my situation and all the details to me. We had few phone calls (she is very punctual, if she tells you she calls at a specific time, she would, so check your phone right at that time) and I signed few online forms and everything had been taken care of easily. I am very happy with the result and I would definitely ask her for the next year taxes as well. I highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking to do their tax return or anyone who is in the same situation as me.
