My stay was a result of my car requiring repairs while I made my way further north. All that to say it wasn't planned. The service was beyond helpful and understanding as I was given late checkouts for both days I stayed (the car took an extra day to repair).
From the front desk to the restaurant staff, everyone was so nice and super helpful.
The room was larger then I expected with a kitchen, oven, microwave, fridge and small dining room table. The decor is a bit dated, but I liked it as it suited the space. The bed was nice (queen size), although it was not my style (I like a really stiff bed, this one was a bit soft) but lots of pillows, which was awesome.
Overall, really lovely experience.
If you are in High Level and need a place to stay, check it out...it's worth it.

A very good alternative in High Level with good services and friendly staff. Efficiency units are nice and clean rooms, good bedding. Lots of TV channel choices. Restaurant open for breakfast and during the day. Only negative is that it was a little hard to find but a small town so not too hard.

Disappointing Experience at Executive Suites High Level

I had high hopes for Executive Suites High Level, but my stay was far from satisfying. One of the most frustrating aspects was the breakfast. It’s rarely restocked, so if you’re not down early, you can forget about finding juice or yogurt. When there is juice, it often has strange floaters in it—not exactly appetizing. Even worse, the juice and milk aren’t kept in proper containers; instead, they’re poured into an open drink canister and set in an ice bucket, which feels unsanitary and unprofessional.

The sausage and bacon are absolutely soaked in grease, making them nearly inedible. The dining area tables are decorated with these odd, pointless plants that add nothing to the atmosphere and just clutter the space.

Cleanliness was another major issue. My room was almost never fully cleaned, and worst of all, the blanket had a strange sticky residue on the outside—completely unacceptable. Towels were often taken during cleaning but not replaced, leaving me without essentials.

The water quality is also a serious concern. It’s extremely hard, has a strong, unpleasant smell, and I overheard several other guests complaining about stomach issues and diarrhea—something I unfortunately experienced myself as well.

Overall, this stay was uncomfortable and unsanitary. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone unless major changes are made.

We were very happy with our room at this hotel. It had everything you could need for a comfortable stay. We had a small kitchen area, table and chairs, a love seat, as well as a balcony. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the restaurant had good food with good prices. The breakfast was included and had many options hot and cold. I would recommend this hotel and would stay there again.

Best service I have had at a hotel in a long time. I had an incident with someone hitting my car overnight and the staff went above and beyond reviewing security footage and helping resolve the situation. The service significantly exceeded my expectations.

The rooms are a bit older but still very clean. Definitely will be staying here any time I am in High Level.

Excellent Hotel!! Wonderful service, friendly staff & great food. Best Hotel in High Level by far!! Kitchenette rooms, with stove, pots, microwave & full sized fridge. Save money on your next shutdown & cook your own food🙂 Highly recommend!!!

Okay, this place rocks. Modern lobby and conference rooms. Amazing guest rooms, a little dated but incredibly clean and comfortable. Full kitchen is an absolute treat, smart TV which is a nice touch, and really big rooms too. Staff was great, even did my dishes for me! Also having a balcony was sweet. Hotel has great neighbours to the north too if you want to check that out...

Suits my needs perfectly. Stove, fridge, microwave, cutlery, pots and pans, dishes, cups, drinking glasses, iron and board, desk, extra blankets, balcony,TV. Feels like home away from home. Kind, caring staff
Feels like family. Sparkling clean and very thoughtfully put together. Oh, that round table with the lace covering made the ambience truly executive. I really enjoyed my stay.
