My husband got a hearing aid during Covid and they shipped it out a couple of times for repairs. It never worked right and they said they don’t work for everyone. And that was that. I tried to get my money refunded and they refused. So this is not a good company to deal with.

Such a fantastic clinic. Friendly, happy and very knowledgeable staff, in all aspects that I’ve experienced. I couldn’t ask for better hearing care. Easy to book, with short wait times for appointments as well as once in the clinic. It’s never a long wait to see the Audiologist. Questions are welcomed and encouraged and you’re never made to feel rushed.
The clinic/staff also offer excellent follow up or ongoing care, as well as top notch service to equipment. I was in awe when they repaired what I thought was a completely destroyed hearing aid after the dog chewed it. I was certain it was beyond repair, yet it was returned to me before I left that day, back together again in perfect working order! Courtney sure knows her stuff!
The staff all truly seem to care about their patients, from the Audiologists to the wonderful, helpful and always smiling ladies at reception. They’re busy ladies, yet never too busy to take the time to make one feel welcome. That’s sometimes hard to come by these days, so it makes an impression when encountered. I’ve encountered this consistently at this clinic and it’s so refreshing.
Visits are always a pleasure and I would highly recommend this clinic (and everyone working there) to friends, family, or anybody with hearing concerns. They’ll take great care of you!!

Had a great experience. I needed some adjustments to my hearing aids and the specialist named Courtney knew exactly how to fix it, even though I didn't know quite how to explain the issue.

They were very friendly and I will be returning there again.

This was first time at expert hearing and they knew was tough for me after losing a lot of my hearing from an ear infection and made sure I knew what was going on were polite and caring and understood I had a get hard time hearing them. They were very helpful. Am definitely going back to finish with them after I see a doctor.
