This week went from dark to bright in a matter of minutes! Simply with one phone call; first with Filsan Ali who then connected me with Sruthi Prasad and finally the Licensed Trustee, Nirmala. These ladies made everything super smooth, easy to understand and did it with such a positive attitude that it actually encouraged and promoted calmness in myself! I really started to feel like 'things were not as bad as they seemed' but more importantly, that 'things are going to be okay'. Genuine thanks to Filsan for hearing my pleas for help, validating my experience and getting the ball rolling. HUGE thanks to Sruthi for facilitating the entire positive experience - she was so personable, knowledgeable and genuine throughout. I look forward to keeping in contact with her for any inquiries I may have moving forward. And finally, big thanks to Nirmala for pulling everything together and finalizing everything. I worked with Deanna Fullerton and found her to be wonderful. Not only did she go out of her way to make sure that I felt comfortable with the process, and have a problem solving attitude but she managed to get my monthly payment significantly lower than I had been quoted by anyone else (about half). I spoke to a variety of trustees before deciding to move ahead with the process and when I finally spoke to Deanna she made me feel like not only did she want to help, but that she wasn't just looking to gouge me and make as much money as possible. I have a decent understanding of the process and didn't feel comfortable dealing with anyone the way that I did with her. Thank you again for all you're help with my fresh start Deanna! I know that it's a hard decision for anyone to make and if you're struggling with making the choice like I was I urge you to discuss your options with Deanna.

Biggest mistake in my life to go with these a**h***s I did a bankruptcy with them last year the amount we agreed on for me to pay every month was 129.75 they increased it to 300 bucks with out notice or an explanation and on top of that I made complaints for them not honoring the price our the security of my information or anyone else's 4 or 5 months after the bankruptcy started in February last year July 15th I received a certificate of discharge from them for a guy named Nathan AND HIS BANKING INFO!!!! I got statements current balance account numbers cards he had in his name with all their info and I notified him understandably he was irate and pissed and he admitted they did the same to him😳😳🤯🤯🤯 then for the next 2 to 3 weeks I was experiencing issues with my bank like money Goin missing purchases being made 2days later I found out from my bank and a friend who is a trustee with BDO that farber sent my info to someone else and discharged them with my info a month prior just before they discharged me so that person used my info and stole hundreds of $$ from me if not more i had to change accounts cards i had to report everything as stolen and when this all came to light they discharge me from bankruptcy no conversation no Due-diligence no trying to apologize no nothing and also everything i claimed with them in the bankruptcy they managed to put 80% of it back in my name and had them marked as open on my credit file so now and since then I'm seeking advice and counsel from a law firm about how to Prosecute the d***a** that stole my money and trying to do the same with farber

DON'T TRUST THESE IDIOTS THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING NOR DO THE CARE ABOUT DOING THE RIGHT THING AND WHEN THEY MAKE MISTAKES THAT'S CLEARLY THERE FAULT THEY BLAME IT ON YOU AND BELITTLE YOU WHILE DOWN PLAYING EVERYTHING THEN BLOCK YOUR NUMBER!!!!!
