When I phoned, and asked, I explained my hair was cut at my shoulder and a little longer in the back. It’s on the thick side, but once washed and blown out looks thin.
When I gave my info, I was quoted a price between $35.00-45.00. The woman who did my hair was very good and I left a very good tip. When I went to pay,, the cost for a wash and brush blow dry ( no flat iron was used), was just under $69.00! I live in a larger city and don’t pay anything like this, when I go to my salon. When I enquired, my stylist said that the woman, who had left, decided the charge and next time I could speak to her. It would have been nice if I had been informed before, that the price would be different than the quote. I suggested there will not be a next time. The only reason I’m rating it a 2, is because my stylist was good.

So glad a drive to the big city wasn't necessary when we clearly have in Port Colborne the expertise of Jacquie who cut my son's locks and gave him the cut he showed her. Thanks to all staff for your professionalism, engaging conversation and kindness. See you in a few months!

I have been coming to Mary for many years. I live in the U.S. and summer at Long Beach in Wainsfleet Ont. I have never found a stylist that cuts my hair like Mary. I make the trip from Buffalo even during colder weather because I can't find a stylist that compares to Mary. She is the Best!

When I came there they said $35 for a men's haircut I said sure, then they took me to the desk asked me my name ask me my phone number and my information I said I can't give you that I don't want to get solicited with phone calls. Then they said we can't help you. I don't know why I need a phone number to get a haircut ?
