The First Onsite representative was at our home in less than an hour after we contacted our insurer. He was very professional and provided an indepth assessment regarding the damage after a flood. He then arranged to have another First Onsite representative who arrived, again within an hour, with heaters and blowers to help with the drying of walls and carpets.
Overall we appreciated the prompt response and followup provided.

I met the crew from First Onsite after a basement flood; they were recommended by my insurance company. The initial crew came the same day and stayed late into the evening to get the clean-up done. Nick oversaw the work and kept in good communication with me over email, phone and text. Rick and Ross went above and beyond with basement repairs! You could not even tell there had been a flood. It looked better than before when they were finished. Matt coordinated the rebuild phase and Jeremy helped with damage loss of property and coordinating clean-up. The reason I know all their names is because they were friendly (even my dog got to know them...especially the ones who gave her treats!) and great communicators. It was a stressful time but First Onsite were wonderful to deal with and very professional. I'm glad I went with them instead of looking for a contractor on my own. I highly recommend them!!!

First on-site restoration Barrie, was the restoration company that my insurance sent over after our house fire happened. From the moment Colton came to site he was very professional and answered all of our concerns and reassured us our home will be restored properly. He was easy to get a hold of no matter the time or day and the third party companies that came to complete the restoration was amazing to deal with as well. Overall from the demolition crew all the way to the finishing crew everything was done right and at the time line THEY estimated.

When our water damage first appeared on the dining room floor, we called our insurance company and they sent First Onsite straight away. The crew did a thorough examination on both floors of our house and the ‘cellar’. This is a very old house and has no basement level.
They traced the source of the water from the upstairs bath tub to the dining room floor and it travelled as water does.
The drying out process was done over the next few days and the work was done with great professionalism and concern for our welfare.
The manager and supervisors on the job listened carefully to our requests, responded to every call in a timely manner, were extremely polite and considerate throughout the process.
When the renovation began, we had Ross assigned to do the major work on the walls and ceiling and he was then joined by Rick whose father had also worked for the company. Both men were accommodating, punctual, professional and committed to doing the best possible job for us. They listened and responded very positively to our suggestions. They did not stop until the job was done to their and to our satisfaction.
It was a pleasure to do business with First OnSite and we would not hesitate to recommend this company to friends and family when in a crisis.
