After being disappointed yet again by our service provider, our strata decided to make the switch to Five Star. We did end up paying slightly more, but it turns out that you do get what you pay for. I have been using Five Star for our carpet cleaning services for some time and recently decided to bring them on as our full-time janitorial vendor. I couldn't be happier with our decision. Our complex is quite large, consisting of approximately 500 units spread over four buildings, and the Five Star crew does an amazing job keeping all our common areas spotless.
