Well well, if people say they are great they have no f clue what they are talking about. First of all they didn’t take care of the snow and it’s in the lease they have to. Secondly enough time I told them about the rat issue and we have been supplying the rat traps. That’s all outside. The rats have been a problem since before we got there. I was told by by law that this area is known for that problem. My van got ruined because they got in and pooed in here. They threatened us one time and I’m so done. We also have kids and that’s so gross the rat problem, we had to take care of it but I read in the lease if it’s in the property we do. It’s not in the property but outdoors. About them! Also when they just said we haven’t reported it. That’s a lie as well. Tim Hortons across the street has rats and are you guys going to blame us for that too? They are not even near us. I also talked to the owner when we moved in and told him about the problem, he said get rat traps and I will compensate you. That’s a temporary solution. Do not try to drag us down about this when it isn’t our fault
