I had a classic medical pedicure done by Ivy and it was such an incredible experience! I'm newer to the pedicure world and am trying to take better care of my feet. Ivy answered all of my many questions while working her magic. It was easy to make an appointment and the admin staff (Kelsey and Cathy) were very accommodating and welcoming! Would highly recommend their services.

I recently had an excellent experience at this clinic! The process was super fast — I sent an email on Tuesday night and by Wednesday afternoon I was already being seen. The professionals are amazing: very transparent, caring, and highly skilled.

I was treated by Brandon, who is an outstanding professional. He explained everything clearly, was very attentive, and solved my issue with both care and efficiency.

Another positive point was the team’s proactiveness in providing me with the receipt for my health insurance without me even having to ask. The clinic is extremely clean, organized, and trustworthy.

It was my first time at a place like this, and I feel lucky to have found such an ethical, welcoming, and professional clinic right away. I highly recommend it!

I had a first-class experience with the team here, from the initial consultation through to the operation and aftercare. I had an ingrown toenail operated on in my teens, but over the years I was left with a larger-than-usual nail that caused ongoing discomfort. I finally decided to have it removed.

Dr. Cohen presented several alternatives, including a care plan to address the problem without surgery. I chose to proceed with removal, and he listened to my concerns and respected my decision. The operation was very quick and painless (aside from the anesthetic needles). Dr. Cohen checked in several times during the procedure to make sure I was comfortable.

Post-op, he followed up regularly, answered every question in detail, and encouraged me to return to normal activities. At my final visit two months later, I met with Dr. Ray, who was equally attentive, taking time to inspect the toe and address any remaining concerns.

I paid out of pocket and later claimed everything through insurance, but for the attention and care I received, I would have been happy to pay on my own.

This review was not prompted. I genuinely had an excellent experience from start to finish.

Dr. Ray is patient, he listened attentively to my concerns and reassured me verbally and by providing an impeccable and exemplary technique, which led to a painless procedure and healing period.
Kelcey, receptionist, was very kind, welcoming and thorough when walking me through the procedure.
Overall, this is an amazing clinic and I fully recommend it.

My experience was excellent. Brandon fully explained the procedure and other options going forward. I have suffered with a neuroma for many months and it has severely limited my walking and general exercise. One shock wave treatment has made an unbelievable difference . It was painless and required minimal time. I will have two more, and I am very encouraged at this point with the outcome.,
Staff are very pleasant and the facility is meticulous. It is very accessible by public transit.

I received surgery from Dr. Ray for an ingrown toenail and he was outstanding. Dr. Ray is gentle, calming, and kind. He did a perfect job. The receptionists are all very friendly too. I highly recommend this place.

I had a pedicure with Ivy and what an experience. I was a bit apprehensive about having a waterless pedicure but now I am a believer. My feet have never been this soft. Soft for days and days! Ivy was so gentle, yet somehow firm and effective at cleaning up my callouses. And I am obsessed with the Dr. Remedy nail polish. It is so pigmented. Highly recommended if you are looking for a safe and sterile pedicure with amazing results!

This was my very first visit to a foot clinic, and I was honestly a bit disappointed. The staff were friendly and the doctor explained things, but the consultation was very short (about 10 minutes) and ended with recommendations for custom insoles that cost nearly $700 and a pedicure service. The visit itself was $100, and I left with the same foot pain I came in with.

I do respect the doctor’s credentials, but as a first-time patient I had hoped for more practical help or some relief for my pain during the visit. Maybe this is common at clinics, but it felt discouraging to walk out without any improvement.
