Danica is a welcoming, authentic motivator who pays attention and is invested in your fitness success. Her sass and high energy will keep you pushing for your best throughout the entire session. Danica is a fantastic personal trainer. I have throughly enjoyed each class I have attended - no matter how sore I end up the next day! I have always struggled in a gym setting knowing exactly what I should be doing or the form I should be using. Danica’s attention to detail and personalization even in a group setting makes all the difference with this. I can not recommend her classes enough and even though I currently live less than 5 minutes from her I’d be willing to drive to Fort Sask. as often as I can to continue with her!!! Here’s to the next chapter!!!

Before training with Danica I felt I had to restrict my diet to see results, no yummy foods, make sure I didn’t eat too much, I was plain scared of food. She completely changed the way I view nutrition and has taught me to have a love for food and how it fuels my body. No foods are bad foods, if you want cake, eat the cake! I have so much nutritional freedom now and can eat what I want, when I want and it works perfectly towards my fitness goals. I also used to weigh myself obsessively, I’m talkin multiple times a day. Now, I have got to the point where I don't care what the scale says and I’m okay if I only weigh once per week.

Danica has changed the way I view working out. I thought I had to be in the gym 5-7 days a week, plus do 30-60min cardio per day on top of those weight lifting work outs. I train one on one at Fort Sask Fitness 2x/week and I do one provided home workout day a week. I do little to no cardio!!! I love the way I feel and the progress I see in the pictures. Danica has changed my entire mindset on work outs, nutrition and what it truly means to be healthy. She’s so knowledgeable, positive and motivating. I love and look forward to every single session and can’t wait to continue my progress.

We just finished the Beyond the Bump Bootcamp and absolutely loved it! Danica set up the class perfectly for postpartum moms to get back into a workout routine and the babies loved watching mom on the sidelines. Highly recommend this class!

Danica Schultz with YEG PPT has completely changed my life for the better in so many ways. I have lost over 45lbs and have kept it off for over two years. I was looking for a trainer to help me maintain a lifestyle that is healthy, active, and at the weight I wanted. I eat about 1900 calories a day and can eat and drink whatever I want (within the macros she has set for me) including alcohol while still losing weight and putting on muscle. I have so much respect for the effort and care that Danica consistently puts into her clients. If you want to lose weight, get in better shape, put on muscle, learn to balance food and fitness, and learn to love your body I highly recommend her! Thank you so much D, you’ve given me my life and confidence back!
