Went for an eye exam, and to upgrade to some new glasses. From the time I entered the building, until the moment I left I felt totally welcome. The service, from the exam to the picking out new glasses was top notch and they truly made me feel like I was important to them, as opposed to just going through the motions.

I had just moved to Fort Saskatchewan and had an eye issue. I stopped into the Fort Saskatchewan Eye Clinic and was met by a Rock Star Administrator! She was able to put me on a cancellation list and called me within 24 hours with an appointment.
I was then seen by a very caring team
And Eye Dr . I was examined and given a prescription eye drop.
The whole process was a great , I very recently moved to the Fort and they all looked after me like family.

Very friendly front desk staff as well as the girls doing tests. My optometrist today, Dr. Chopec, was very professional & knowledgeable. She took the time to explain everything in detail, as I have some unique issues to deal with, to get me the best outcome. Then, Kelly helped me out, picking out frames & picking a quality lense, with all the bells & whistles, as there have been some new innovations in transitions since my last pair of glasses were purchased. Overall, a great experience.
