Dr Heidi is compassionate, knowledgeable, a safe person to discuss your health with, and it is very clear she cares about her patients. I had a great experience with Dr Heidi, she is a lovely person and doctor and I look forward to continuing to work with her and lessen my symptoms and improve my wellbeing. She really cares about what you are struggling with and offers her explanations from expertise. She's also really funny and fun to talk to.

Dr. Heidi is an amazing doctor, I am so glad I found her! I reached out to her to regain control of my PCOS without medication as I was tired of what hormonal medication was doing for my mental health, and the many doctors that just put me back on it or recommended a supplement without administering any tests to see if it would even work. She explains everything so well and recommended things to try, which completely changed my life around. I'm actually getting a regular period now on my own, which is SO amazing!! Foundations Naturopathic Health is a cozy, private clinic downtown New Westminster. I am seeing Dr. Heidi Standeven. She is welcoming, calm and patient. She really listens to my concerns and addresses them in a step by step, easy to understand treatment plan. I've grown frustrated with many doctors regarding my condition and she is the first one to really take time to listen and hear what I have to say. My experience with her was beyond expectations. I feel like I'm finally on the right path and I'm so pleased I found her. I would recommend her to anyone.
