We are still currently tenants located Grande Prairie at our second Fresh Coast Rental property and couldn't be happier. The rental suite was exactly as advertised and was clean and ready to call home on Day 1. The ability to split our rent up into two bi-weekly payments has been a huge bonus for us and allows us to maintain more financial freedom. So far we haven't experienced any issues with the rental unit and the landlord-tenant relationship has been very minimal ( just the way I like it ! ) and we couldn't be happier. we signed our 1 year lease until next December and if things keep working this smoothly will most likely be staying here or upgrading to a place with a yard. Thank you Fresh Coast for making our stay and experience one of the easiest and smartest decisions we made when making Grande Prairie home. Great job guys, truly excellent business model !!! Sincerely, your very satisfied tenants !!!

I just switched companies recently and have been in the property management industry and I have seen all angles from low end residential to high end executive suites Aaron has built this company from the ground up and seeing what one persons dream can do is truly inspiring. Although this job has its ups and downs I always try my best to find the best fit for our clients and provide them with the best service I can Isabelle has been a phenomenal support in the office and Paul has been stellar at helping me address any maitanence issues that arise. They were reasonable and kind and on top of any issues that may have come up.
It was great to feel at home, away from home.
