Don’t really know why there is so many hateful comments! I know they used too have a couple rude employees but since then the staff has been great! I sort my cans out at home into clear bags with the number walk in the door tell them how much I have get the money and leave! Always friendly and happy
Folks! Even when I sort my cans there they are like WHATTTT? You always sort them at home what’s going on here haha? Not rudely just being friendly

This is the worst bottle depot ever. The express system is a shameless rip-off. Before moving here, our previous yearly trips yielded at least $200 at real bottle depots. For the same amount of recyclables, FSJ Return It Express only gave us $60. If you choose not to be ripped off by the express system, they expect you to sort and count everything yourself at one of their tables. If you support honest businesses, don't waste your time and effort here.

Absolutely the worst bottle depot ever.
Says open till 5:30 but that's a lie. They close the tables at 5pm . They don't have hours that works for any body who actually works a 9- 5 job.
Not open Sunday.
I'm certain they were shorting me when I did eventually make it in on Saturday. The money from the return was crawling until I said something about it then it jumped up 10 bucks .
This place is a joke. Just so unimpressed.
Drop your bottles off and they count and credit you . Yeah right. If you want to get ripped off go for it. I'd rather take me bottles to another town then bring it to this joke of a business.

This is one of the most organized and clean recycling depot. I have lived in Edmonton for 11 years and 3 years in Moncton. All I can say is the recycling system in this facility is so far the best experience for me. Nothing is perfect but please be considerate to the staff, tough job but very helpful. Keep up the good work.

The worse bottle depot I have ever gone to. Express was down, fair enough so I sorted my own cans. The girl at the front, as she's counting my cans is talking to the guy receiving the cans how she doesn't like her job and wants to quit lol. And on top of all of that, they make you take your stinky beer soaked bags with you. I was in shock. Never in my life have I been to a bottle depot that doesn't take the garbage. Won't be going there again.

I go in every six weeks or so to return bottles. Each time, the staff wants things done differently or not at all. If you do NOT want us returning bottles, just say so. I am happy to go elswhere. The experience here is not pleasant. Some staff are not very helpful, however, the depot is clean. Parking isn't great.

Employees have major attitudes. Rude and lazy. They're not all bad but certain people clearly need a different job. Wish there was another bottle depot in town that would actually sort the bottles for you
