It’s very clean but doesn’t feel like there’s a big sense of community there.

A bulk of the square footage is private offices which doesn’t really make for the easiest way to connect with others.

You need a clean, library quiet, and dry place to work? This is your spot.

Looking for coworking connection? You might have to be here a couple of weeks/months.

I manage a non-profit here on the Sunshine Coast, the Sunshine Coast Affordable Housing Society. FUSE has been an extremely useful resource for us. As a small non-profit, we currently don’t have our own offices and have found FUSE extremely useful when we need to meet with various levels of government (federal, provincial, municipal), developers and suppliers or even for our board meetings. FUSE has been the home to most of our strategic planning sessions. The ability to simply walk in to a furnished and equipped office and get our meetings up and running within minutes is invaluable. It is often used by our staff when they are in need of either a collaborative space, or just a quiet workspace away from distractions. Highly recommended!

The Sechelt FUSE boardroom stands as one of our non-profit's preferred meeting spaces, facilitating meetings with colleagues and community partners. With limited boardroom options available to non-profits, FUSE fills the gap in the community by offering a modern, collaborative environment to enhance our organization's productivity. FUSE comes with all of the necessities, including easy app-based access, and a large boardroom equipped with a conference table, whiteboard, screen-sharing and conference call capabilities. Complimented by free Wifi, and the use of kitchen with coffee and tea, and bathroom amenities, FUSE ensures all our meeting essentials are met. With today's rising commercial rental costs, FUSE reduces the barrier to renting our own space and enables our organization to have productive team meetings without our own dedicated head office.

FUSE has always been an accessible workspace for our organization. It is essential to the work we do as a non-profit as we don't receive funds for rent. This allows us working space that is accessible to meet with community partners.

Thanks to FUSE, our board meetings, staff gatherings, and brainstorming days have thrived in the collaborative environment. The boardroom's flexibility has enhanced our decision-making, while the communal workspaces facilitate effective communication during staff meetings. The dynamic workspace has sparked creativity in brainstorming sessions.

Convenient, flexible, and responsive are what appeals to me when using the FUSE Community Workhubs on BC's Sunshine Coast. Convenient: Having 3 locations((ch,kw,elrp (Gibsons), ch'atlcih (Sechelt), and salalas (Madeira Park)) allows me to get work done while running errands in different areas. Flexible: can drop in whenever the ferry lineup is too much. The management is quick to resolve access and technical issues. Have also met some interesting people from around the world and made new friends. Highly recommend to anyone who needs to stay in touch with their job or just need some space to get out of the house for a while.

I don't really understand the bad reviews. I contacted the Fuse Team yesterday evening and received an email back today. They responded quickly and professionally. I just needed a desk for a couple of months, starting in the middle of the month, and they automatically booked it for me, which was wonderful.

It is a great place, with very friendly people around, and it's amazing to get in contact with local entrepreneurs! Highly recommended!

Terrible. Rented a desk 1 month good. Tried to cancel. They charged me. Tried to cancel. No answer. No communication. They are impossible to reach. I've emailed, left messages on colin's phone. No answer. I've gotten Visa fraud to look into these recurring unauthorized charges.
